Full refund up to 50 days before the festival (August 14); no refund afterward. See the Refund Policy page for details.
Refund policy →Individual transfers are allowed from August 15 to September 30. You must notify the organizer (info@kcctf.org) of both the transferor's and transferee's details — unreported transfers are not recognized.
After you register, we send the bank account details by email. Please transfer within 3 days.

The easiest way is the festival shuttle from Hongdae (Hongik Univ. Station) in Seoul on the morning of Sat Oct 3 — see the shuttle question below. Otherwise, it's about 1 hr 5 min–1 hr 25 min from Seoul by ITX-Cheongchun (Cheongnyangni/Yongsan), or about 1 hr 10–30 min by intercity bus from Dong Seoul Terminal. From Incheon Airport, the direct airport bus takes about 2 hr 20 min — see the Travel section above for details.
The Seoul shuttle (Hongdae ↔ Chuncheon) is ₩60,000 round trip or ₩35,000 one way. The outbound bus leaves Hongik Univ. Station Exit 2 at 08:00 on Sat Oct 3; return buses leave Bomnae Complex at 00:30 or the hotels at 11:00 on Tue Oct 6. Seats are reserved on purchase, so tickets are non-refundable; transfers are possible until Sept 30. In Chuncheon, a free loop shuttle runs between Bomnae Complex and the two official hotels — no booking needed.
Seoul shuttle →Yes. Online registration runs until Oct 2 (Fri); after that you can register at the door on event days. On-site prices: Full Pass (3 days) ₩240,000 · 1-Day ₩120,000.
